Like many attractions, the farm park relied heavily on seasonal events (Christmas, Easter). They needed steadier year-round footfall and more visibility for everyday experiences.
Strategy (4S)
We applied the 4S Framework — Share, Support, Smile, Show to balance magical seasonal spikes with everyday storytelling:
- Share: Seasonal reels seeded into parenting groups.
- Support: Simple explainer posts on facilities, tickets, accessibility.
- Smile: Kids with animals; family reactions.
- Show: Hands-on activities: tractor rides, vet play, petting zones.
Results
